Nail Art Tutorial: Happy Halloween!

I am a little in love with Julep's Casper Glow in the Dark Nail Polish! It sparkles and with two coats it glows enough that I've scared myself at night when I go to brush my hair out of my face or something... also apparently I'm rather jumpy these days.

Anyway, this time I had the foresight to actually take pictures of each step so here is my first nail art tutorials.  Enjoy.

I became impatient waiting for my August Julep Maven box to arrive (I don't actually expect it until next week...I'm really just impatient) and decided to make use of some of my favorite colors and my new dotting tool set (thanks to Rebekka at Chupacabra Style for her suggestion).

Well this weekend, in honor of Canada Day, I spent a bit more time and learned a couple new tricks to make my nails really fun.
